Trip Rian – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Payment should be completed by the last date mentioned in the itinerary.
• All prices are quoted in INR and may change without prior notice if the seat is not confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• 30+ days before departure: 75% refund (excluding flight ticket cost).
• 21–30 days before departure: 50% refund (excluding flight ticket cost).
• 11–20 days before departure: 30% refund (excluding flight ticket cost).
• 10 days or less before departure: No refund.
• Name changes/substitutions may be allowed up to 16 days before departure (subject to approval and extra charges).
• Refunds (if any) will be processed within 10 working days after cancellation.

3. Itinerary Changes:

• Trip Rian reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, transportation, or unforeseen conditions.
• Comparable alternatives will be arranged where possible.

4. Travel Documents:

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary documents like valid passports, visas, and health certificates.
• Trip Rian is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation.

5. Travel Insurance:

• We highly recommend travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

6. Health and Safety:

• Travelers should be aware of health and safety risks.
• Trip Rian is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the trip.

7. Responsibility:

• Trip Rian acts as an agent for third-party service providers. We are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

8. Liability:

• Trip Rian is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or civil unrest.

9. Acceptance of Itinerary:

• By booking the trip, travelers accept the itinerary and these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law:

• All disputes will be governed by Indian laws and resolved in Delhi courts.

11. Passports and Visas:

• A valid passport (at least 8 months validity) and necessary visas are the traveler’s responsibility.

12. Health Requirements:

• Travelers must ensure they meet vaccination and health requirements for the destinations.

13. Travel Advisories:

• It is the traveler's responsibility to stay updated on travel advisories.

14. Currency Fluctuations:

• Prices are based on INR. Trip Rian is not responsible for currency fluctuation impacts.

15. Optional Excursions:

• Optional activities are not included in the standard package and may incur additional charges.

16. Travel Delays:

• Trip Rian is not responsible for missed connections, delays, or extra expenses caused by transport disruptions.

17. Traveler Behavior:

• Respect toward local customs, fellow travelers, and staff is expected. Disruptive travelers may be removed from the trip.

18. Force Majeure:

• Trip Rian is not liable for cancellations or delays due to force majeure events like natural disasters or political instability.

19. Amendments:

• Trip Rian reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and will notify travelers of changes.

20. Complaints:

• Any complaints must be reported immediately during the trip for timely resolution.

21. Photography and Media:

• Trip Rian may use photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. Notify us in advance if you do not wish to be included.

22. Hotel Accommodations:

• Accommodation arrangements are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar or better options if needed.

23. Travel Documents Review:

• Travelers must check all travel documents for accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.

24. Baggage Responsibility:

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. Trip Rian is not liable for loss or theft.

25. Assistance:

• While we assist in emergencies, individual arrangements outside the group tour are the traveler’s responsibility.

26. Traveler Responsibility:

• Travelers must follow instructions given by Trip Rian staff, guides, and authorities.

27. Guide Discretion:

• Travelers must respect decisions made by tour guides in the interest of safety and group comfort.

28. Changes After Trip Start:

• Trip Rian reserves the right to change accommodations, activities, or transport even after trip commencement.

29. Limited Liability:

• Trip Rian’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip by the traveler.

30. Severability:

• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

31. Outsourcing Transportation:

• Transport is arranged through third-party suppliers. Trip Rian acts only as a coordinator and is not liable for third-party actions or delays.

32. Waiver and Release of Liability:

• By booking with Trip Rian, travelers accept and assume all travel-related risks, and agree to release Trip Rian and its partners from all liability.
• A signed waiver will be required before departure.
