Q: Can I book only hotels or transport with Trip Rian?

A: Yes! You can book individual services like hotels, flights, buses, or cabs without a full package.


Q: Are there any hidden charges?

A: No. All costs are clearly explained upfront. We believe in 100% transparent pricing.


Payments & Cancellation


Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and wallet transfers. Offline (bank transfer) payment options are also available.


Q: Can I get an invoice for my trip?

A: Yes. We issue official invoices for every confirmed booking, including GST details if required.


Q: What if I want to cancel or postpone my trip?

A: You can cancel as per our policy. Postponement options are subject to availability and may involve rescheduling charges.


Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.


During the Trip


Q: Will someone assist me during the trip?

A: Yes. We offer 24/7 support via phone and WhatsApp. A dedicated travel coordinator is assigned to your trip.


Q: What happens if I miss my bus, train, or flight?

A: We’ll help rebook your travel at the best possible cost. However, the traveler is responsible for missed connections not caused by Trip Rian.

Q: Can you create a vegetarian or Jain food-based package?

A: Yes. We tailor your package to dietary preferences, including vegetarian, Jain, or vegan meals when possible.


Q: Do you offer packages for couples or honeymooners?
